Established in January 1999, Berrick Emergency Response Training provides quality training in all aspects of First Aid and CPR to our clients based throughout Dublin & Leinster. Our courses are available to businesses and private individuals, and we can tailor our offering to suit your needs.
Mission Statement
The aim of Berrick Emergency Response Training is to provide First Class, Quality and Professional First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR and Defibrillation) training to all sections of industry, healthcare professionals and the community, ensuring that the training provided meets the requirements of Health and Safety Legislation; Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council requirements; Irish Heart Foundation protocol; and of those we train; and that the training is provided in a Professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable way.
The Principals
BERNI ADAMSON R.N.I.D.
Berni is a First Aid Response and Cardiac First Response qualified instructor. She is also a registered Basic Life Support (CPR) and Cardiac First Response Instructor with the Irish Heart Foundation. She is a member of the Regional Faculty of the Irish Heart Foundation.
Berni is a registered nurse in the intellectually disabled field and worked as such for over 27 years with the Hospitaller Order St. John Of God with special emphasis in the area of childcare caring for children with special needs.
PAT GIBBONS
Pat is a registered Basic Life Support (CPR) and Cardiac First Response Instructor with the Irish Heart Foundation.
Pat was in the First Aid section of The Irish Red Cross Society for over twelve years. During this time he served in a number of areas including First Aid Unit Officer and Unit Ambulance Officer. He was also a First Aid Instructor and Examiner with the Society.
